Use of our home

This home was built by our family, for our enjoyment. Four generations have labored to design build and furnish this property. We are happy to have other guests use the home. There are some considerations we would like you to observe while enjoying your stay.

  • Smoking is not permitted in or around the immediate vicinity of the property.
  • Pets are not allowed in the home.
  • No fires are permitted – use of gas or charcoal barbecues is allowed.
  • Please remove sandy or wet shoes and outerwear before entering the house.
  • As the disposal system for this house is a sand filter be aware of the use of the garbage disposal. Do not dispose of such items as potato peels, egg shells, or large or dense items in the garbage disposal. The normal debris from rinsing dishes is acceptable.
  • The DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes are here for your enjoyment. Please feel free to use them, but please return them to their proper cases and replace them in the cabinets.
  • The food items and paper products are for our family use but please feel free to make use of any of them if needed.   We only ask that you let us know what you used so that we can replace it if necessary.
  • Please clean lint filter on clothes dryer before each use.
